Speaking
The questions that come after the allocation.
Sessions for family offices, advisers, attorneys and CPAs on how substantial digital-asset holdings are actually held: custody and where it fails, entity and trust structure, tax treatment, and what the documents do not cover. Nothing is sold from the stage.
Formats
Four formats, each for a different room.
Keynote
A single argument carried the whole way through, built for the room rather than adapted to it.
30 to 45 minutesPanel
Most useful when the other seats are traditional wealth or pure crypto. He is the person who has to reconcile both.
45 to 60 minutesFireside
Unscripted, which is the format he has the most reps in. Two hundred live sessions with no pre-screened questions.
30 to 45 minutesWorkshop
For adviser, attorney and CPA audiences. Structure walked through end to end, with the documents on screen.
60 to 90 minutesSignature talks
Three arguments, ready to run.
The key is the estate plan
A will can direct who inherits. It cannot execute a transfer nobody has the credentials to perform. This talk walks the gap between legal title and practical access, which is where most digital-asset estates actually fail, and shows what closing it looks like on paper before it is needed rather than after.
For estate, trust and private client audiencesSettled, or a database with extra steps
Most of what gets called tokenization is a record in somebody’s system with a blockchain bolted on the side. The talk draws the line between an asset that genuinely settles on-chain and one that only claims to, then follows the difference all the way to a balance sheet and an auditor’s question.
For institutional, fintech and allocator audiencesWhat a family office does when the asset has no custodian
The operating model, not the allocation. Reporting, controls, governance, who is permitted to sign, and how a multi-family office absorbs an asset class that breaks the assumptions every one of those processes was built on.
